Kenny’s Story

Kenny O'Neal is a man of many talents. Color Glo Specialist, DJ, Restore(er) of Classic Cars, Businessman, and all-around nice guy. It is clear he has abundant talent to share, a sense of humor, and a warm smile.

Kenny was working in the hospitality industry, managing. restaurants, and people. In 2015, he found himself looking for something different. With a creative and inquisitive nature, there were many possibilities. He knew he didn't want to manage people.

Kenny had experience with restoring classic cars, and a knowledge. of electronics. He set off to consult a franchise broker. There was a couple options presented to him. One was an electronics repair business, taking care of cell phones and small electronics. The other was Color Glo. Kenny is a creative person who enjoys a challenge.

Color Glo and its promise of a daily variety of people and repairs appealed to him. He made the choice to join our Color Glo family. A choice that he is thankful to have made.

Kenny has an interest in Classic Muscle Cars. He has restored a few, including a 1986 Monte SS and a 1972 Chevelle. During covid, Kenny was concerned that business would drop off, he sold the Chevelle, he said he got an offer he couldn't pass up. While it was good to have cash in the bank, business stayed steady. In addition, Kenny is good at having diverse clients. Cars and restaurants along with reconditioning the face plates for car dashboards.

When you have a vision of success, as Kenny does, you keep your eyes open for ways to add to your business with things you love. Hosting events like Paint and Sip, Jamborees and other events keep him busy. His infectious personality, warm smile and beautiful music make people of all ages happy. Just ask the little one dancing at his last Paint and Sip!

After spending time in Minnesota training with Bill Sachse and Dennis Stachowski, Kenny went back to Nashville to set up shop. During his years in restaurant management, Kenny learned a thing or two about marketing and customer service. He is sharp his with a social media presence, and has

real business savvy. Even so the first few clients took time to get. Bill, Dennis and Gary became trusted mentors, instrumental in getting contracts for those first few shops. It wasn't long before referrals started rolling in. Color Glo Nashville was on a path to success!
