Meet the Violante Family.

Some Words From the Violantes

Jim and Laura Violante have three sons. Clint, Jake, and Tyler. They were living in the Los Angeles area of California. Jim was working as a service manager for a car dealer. He tried to interest the dealership into sponsoring a Color Glo franchise for the dealership. He knew that Color Glo had a proprietary line of products that are water-based. These products not only outperformed the competition, but they also did not carry a strong solvent odor. In restoring a car interior for resale, odor is a critical point. The dealership showed no interest.

In 1989 Jim and Laura moved their family to Lake Isabella. They purchased a Color Glo franchise, and the rest is history. Jim built his clientele, quickly gaining a reputation for exceptional skill, customer service, and state-of-the-art products. With Laura taking care of the bookkeeping end of the business, their Color Glo franchise journey took off.

To say it is thriving would be an understatement! The Violante boys assumed the Color Glo business with their parents. Jake got his first truck when he was 18, building his own clientele. His brothers, Clint and Tyler have both become successful Color Glo craftsmen as well. The family is spread out from the Lake Isabella area to Mohave California. They service cars, including high-end classics, recreational vehicles, boats, and furniture. If you have anything made of leather, vinyl, hard plastic or even a furniture base and you live in the area you are in luck!

There is a third generation up and coming. Jake’s daughter, KiKi is working alongside her dad. She is developing a sharp set of skills under his tutelage. KiKi is a natural, with artistic ability and a good eye, she will be highly successful!

Laura keeps things rolling smoothly by doing books for her family. The boys keep her up to date on all the daily events, business, and family. Never working on Thursdays, Jake told me the family spends time interpreting using American Sign Language for the deaf community in their area. It is in their hearts to bring good news and love to those who cannot hear. A beautiful gift indeed.

The Kern County Area is blessed to have the Violantes in their midst.
